Subscriptions:

Subscription Period:

Billing:

Fee Changes:

The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at its discretion, with any changes taking effect at the end of the current Subscription period. You will receive reasonable notice of any fee changes, allowing you to terminate your Subscription before the new fees apply. Your continued use of the Service after fee changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Subscription fees.

Refunds:

Free Trial:

At our discretion, the Company may offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited time. If you do not cancel your Subscription by the end of the Free Trial, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees. We reserve the right to modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time without notice.

You agree that this license permits us to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use it under these Terms. You confirm and warrant that: (i) the Content belongs to you (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as outlined in these Terms, and (ii) posting your Content on the Service does not infringe upon the rights of any person, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights.

Content Restrictions:

The Company holds no responsibility for the content posted by users on the Service. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are solely accountable for the Content and any activity occurring under your account, whether by you or any third party using your account. You may not create or transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, disturbing, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Content Backups:

While regular backups of Content are performed, we cannot guarantee that data will not be lost or corrupted. Corrupted or invalid backup points may arise due to various reasons, such as Content corruption before backup or changes during the backup process. We will provide support and attempt to resolve any known or discovered issues affecting Content backups. However, you acknowledge that we bear no liability related to the integrity of Content or the successful restoration of Content to a usable state. You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content independently of the Service.

Intellectual Property:

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws, both domestically and internationally. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from the Company.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply stop using the Service. This Agreement remains in full force and effect while you use the Services, and you may terminate your use at any time. The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Services or your membership at any time, without warning, for any reason, potentially resulting in the forfeiture of all associated information. The Company may also terminate or suspend any and all Services and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for breach of any terms or conditions of this Agreement. Upon account termination, your right to use the Services and access the App, along with any Content, will cease immediately. Upon account termination, the Company may refund your transactions or retain your funds for up to 180 days, after which they may be released to your account. Provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees harmless, including but not limited to all damages, liabilities, settlements, costs, and attorney fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising from your access to the Services, use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or the infringement by you or any third party using your account of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
